Update for May/June

Hey everyone, just a quick update.  Been kind of busy.  Taught a class in early May for Whole Grain Brewing.  Did a couple of roundtables for the Brewer’s Guilde at Panteria over Memorial Day Weekend and in between I’ve been attempting to get the Hop Trellis set up:

20180605_070627.jpgJust starting but we’re getting there.  Coming up I’m slated (read that as “Volun-told) to run the Brewer’s Competition at GNEW.  Looking forward to that.   Also I recently started growing Sugar Beets:

20180506_174743.jpgThe goal is to grow enough beets to make Candy Sugar and then using my own hops as well, create a Belgian Dubble or Tripple from scratch.

We also have plans to do the Thermal Temp Wine from Georgia/Rome.  More on that in the future. Stay tuned
